Skye Farm
Logo design for a sustainable, organic farm in the mountains of western North Carolina.
Skye Farm is located in western North Carolina, situated on top of a rolling hill and featuring a beautiful panoramic view. Standing in the center of the farm, it is easy to feel as though you are in the sky, hence the name! Run by an uncle and nephew duo, the property had traditionally been used as a Christmas tree farm and was being updated with dozens of new plants including hops, lavender, pumpkins, and pear trees. The brand needed a logo and supporting business materials that helped tell the new story of the farm while paying homage to its past identity. The calligraphic emblem used is symbolic of natural, organic offerings and a location that connects the land and sky(e).
